Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales for our diverse portfolio of digital services, including website development, e-commerce solutions, and digital marketing. This role requires excellent verbal communications, a passion for sales, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

Key Functional Areas of Responsibility

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, emails, and social media outreach, targeting businesses seeking digital solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored digital solutions.
  • Sales Pitching: Present Intermind’s services, including website development, CMS solutions, e-commerce platforms, SEO, PPC, and social media marketing, to potential clients.
  • Follow-Ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed projects, ensuring a smooth sales pipeline.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align client requirements with Intermind’s service offerings.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to effectively position Intermind’s services.
  • Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company’s growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, preferably in a digital agency, IT services, or call center.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills

  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and propose customized solutions.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, social media) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) and MS Office.
